Missing Update?

Is it normal that when I open my export_descr_unit file I see version SS 6.2?! I open many other file where i can effectively read SS 6.4 but not this one... And if it is an actual error, could it explain why I never have Tamplar and Hospitalier, and some merc or even pikemen? -___-

The stock export_descr_unit file of SS6.4 (without bugfix comp.) has 17579 lines / ~630KB. The first lines should look like this:

I can only assume that you are using a submod that is replacing the EDU file with an outdated version.
