What are the requirements to use this mod?

I'm just curious if there are certain expansion packs needed for this mod to work. Every time i try to run it (I have all 6) with all other mods disabled, I get error saying Rome total war II has stopped working.

No DLCs are required.

If you crash at startup:
1. Mod conflict, check for other mods active or in data folder
2. Bad install (reverify game cache in steam)
3. Wrong game version, dont use patch 16 beta option (mod requires patch 17)

If that fails, try our standalone version.

I deleted all mods from mod manager (steam) then deleted data folder, and restored it using the reverify file integrity option, and still RTWII stops working at start up.

where can i find the stand alone version? And could it be graphics related? I can usually run the retail game with no issues...
