I think it's the amount of prisoners the enemy took from your troops.
The number captured.

not possible, as i play without moral, so no prisoners, unless i withdraw or quit the game buy escape ? plus it says the prisoners are in the ( ) at end ?!
It's the number you lost to friendly fire i believe.

what lusted said.. it's the number of ff casualties
ah thats good to know. thank you men
on the way, i would like to know if it is or if it will be possible to make our own cavalry kill my soldiers if they are in front of them when these charge an ennemi ?
Yes I like the (friendly fire casualties) feature alot. I suppose I should test it today to see if charging with knights through your own troops causes any ff causualties (that'd be pretty cool)
My cavalry always charge and make some friendly fly, but they just stand up and continue walking, so I guess not.
its not set in the game, i am asking if it will be possible to make it
its been l;ike that in all tws charging through your own troops even with eles just disturbs the formation it never kills.
Why would you want to overclock a celeron? It woudl only make it suck faster...

So, you can charge through your own units effectively? I always thought it would screw up the charge so I never even bothered trying.
It is prisoners caught. I once had 304 in branckets without any side had missile troops, and when I looked on the number of prisoners on the battle UI, it was also 304.
Oh, and prisoners can also be caught during a bloody melee, but mostly in small numbers (like 1-4 as you experienced).
