    This, 64-bit, Thank god.
I'm actually sprised by the detailed pc requirement and the 'fps' they are given.

i'm pre-ordering it , for the chaos dlc.

I was going to the pre-order this via Steam, the first time I would have pre-ordered a CA product, but these sky high requirements (my computer is just over the recommended specs) and the incredibly poor graphics (for 2016) of the last battle video between Bretonnia and the Orcs have me hesitating. I think I'm going to sit this one out.

You are below the recommended specs, but I'm sure you'll be able to run it.

I don't think it will run well for you given CA's history. Now if the specs are to be believed (and the specs companies gives are always not good enough to run the game properly, I've always considered the recommended specs to be the minimum specs) you should be able to run the game around 30 frames with medium detail.

But that is only if you trust CA...

I still have 2 questions unanswered by this announcement. Is it going to be full multi core support with hyperthreading, and will it use directx 12? Can anyone confirm this?

Hi guys, here my specs (after recent GPU upgrade on budget):

    I5 750 overclocked @3.8ghz
    Sapphire R9 380 4GB NITRO OC
    DDR3 PC1600 8GB
    SSD 120gb

I run Attila smoothly @1920*1080 with high setting (and ultra unit dimentions)....
I think i will be able to run this almost with same setting, what do you think?

BTW, you think installing WTW on the SSD would be a good idea? I only have the OS there...

As far as I'm concerned SSD only improve loading times, which are not too much of an issue in TW. In any case, video-games are designed with the specs of the vast majority of the potential customers in mind, and fact is most people don't own SSDs, so you should be fine.

Anyway, since you have already spent the money, it's your call. If you can spare the hard drive space and loading times are an issue for you, give it a go, otherwise you won't tell the difference.

SSD has HUGE impact on game loading time and how fast your turn will pass. For example, in case of mods with loads of scripts etc, SSD can improve turn length time by 4-5 times. It won't boost your FPS though.

    This.
A SSD is a must-have for some better waiting turn times.
It really makes a different, especially half game, when you discoverd half of the map and have many turns to wait.
