Thera are a lot of questions of course. The first I found are different recruting parameters for the same unit in the different buildings.
For example the Byzantine Spearmen:
in fortress castle
recruit_pool "Byzantine Spearmen" 0 0.000001 0.999 0 requires factions { byzantium, }
and in garrison_quarters
recruit_pool "Byzantine Spearmen" 1 0.5 4 0 requires factions { byzantium, }
I assume, the secound number define the refresh rate and the 3rd how many units can be recruit in one turn. It is clear for the garrison buildings but not for the castles. 0.000001 refresh why not 0? Perhaps to avoid a division by zero error. But why 0.999 and not 1 for the max. recruit limit?
