Widescreen disappointment?

I recently purchased a nice (read: godly) 20.1" widescreen LCD monitor and proceeded to load up M2TW in widescreen mode last night. While the graphics look very very nice I am highly disappointed with the UI. Instead of having a different widescreen version of the UI it is simply stretched to the screen width which makes it look terrible.

Anyone else that uses widescreen disappointed with this?

I just use the minimal UI with my widescreen. looks fine. (1600x1050)

i agree...it looks terrible in 1440x900,too
