Divide and Conquer - Destroying the Ring CRASH
Hey folks just quickly wanted to bring up a little issue I recently came across when playing in Divide and Conquer. As I haven't managed to find any posts related to this problem I figured it would be better to just ask about it myself.
So I've been playing both some Third Age but mostly the submod to it, Divide and Conquer. As so far it's been a blast. Enjoyed every second of it. I've at some points in the beginning of my gameplay had some common crashes that I quickly found help for. And now a month later it's all been going well. But now I've stumbled upon a very "Dead end" sort of crash/bug. So far I have played through two faction campaigns. Mordor and Haradrim tribes. Haven't finished neither of the campaigns cause I'm very eager to jump over and try new factions all the time. But for now during my third campaign I've played as the Realm of Imladris. Probably my most favorite faction so far, next to Mordor. Anways, that's some backstory to it, but now to the main issue. I've managed to acquire the One Ring and I accepted the quest to destory it at Mount Doom. I've managed greatly thus far. I've managed to push through Mordor and destroy countless waves of Orc armies and eventually I reached Mount Doom. I waited a couple turns and boom, a request to destory the ring came up, I accept, a cutscene shows up.. BUT right after the first cutscene ends(after the ring gets thrown down into the fires of Mount Doom) the game crashes. The message that shows up is your tipical error message that I've only seen back during my first faction campaign "encountered unspecified error and will now exit". I know there's suppose to be another cutscene after the first one where you see Sauron's eye gets destroyed and how you eliminate Mordor once and for all but that never manages to show up as the game crashes before that. I don't know what to do now. I can't find any answers or relatable topics about this particular crash during this specific event. I already know about the "Uncheck the timezone" fix but it's not helping. So if anyone could help me figure out the problem here, I'd really appreciate it! Cause I'm litterally stuck in my campaign now. And I don't want to end it like this where I have to destroy Mordor by hand instead of destoying the One Ring at Mount Doom after my long and epic struggle.
Also if this post is in the completely wrong section I apologize, I'm litterally an hour new member haha. I really just wanted to address this as quickly as possible.
