    Default EB v.80 - Information about the Release Date

    We know that many of you are eagerly awaiting the release of the next version of Europa Barbarorum, and the EB Team wanted to update you on our progress. Over the past month, a titanic amount of labor has been expended, and the build is right on the cusp of completion. Although we were hopeful about a November release, the team needed a little more time to integrate a major new feature, plug in additional Unit UI cards, and to playtest the final build a little more thoroughly. We are literally down to a handful of changes and the build will be released VERY soon. Your long wait is almost over!

    Until EB v.80 is out i think CA will realise RTW2
    Im yust joking....
    R7:TW or M9:TW won't match EB anyway. IMO because RTW engine is almost perfect for development, but I'm sure few people agree with me here. My original reply on this topic was deleted so I was courious what new feature have you worked on and if you removed the hoplite-looking unit from Dacia.

    What hoplite unit from Dacia? Dacia does not have classical hoplite units, only two phalanx capable units Iphikratean-style.

    I believe it'll be a bit longer than a few hours but all good things come with time. EB has been a great project and I’m also eagerly awaiting the next instalment. What these guys have done with the dare I say "limited" RTW engine is nothing short of amazing.

    I'd like to take this oppertunity to thank the EB team on behalf of all the EB members that use the TWC forums for keeping us in the loop about Version 0.8's development.
