Are the Teutonics underpowered in mp?

Just been comparing the Teutonic unit roster to other factions, because me and my friends are playing some battles against eachother.

Some examples:
Teutonic SwordBrethren: 570 gold per, 6a, 17d 4c, 2 available, cost 200 per armor upgrade
Kiev Druzhina:_________ 525 gold per, 5a 15d 3c, 4 available cost 70 per armor upgrade, HAS EFFECTIVE AGAINST ARMOR

And again:

English Norman Serjeants 3, 14, 3, excellent morale, combat bonus in woods, 420 gold
Teutonic Order Spearmen, 3, 16, 3, Good morale, 620 gold

Also tested Dismounted Halbbrüder, the Halberds, and they get absolutely destroyed by units like Dismounted Kings Men, even if Teutons spend ridicolous amounts of gold on armor upgrades (their stats are mostly similiar)

Our launchers are set to the Late campaign and we're playing our battles on High Era.

Oh the game is most definitely horribly, even hideously, imbalanced. But that's the point, I'm sure that the Teutons are UP in the way you have described because of the actual availability of them back in the 13th-14th century. Supply and demand.

I can agree on this. Fought them as the HRE, and they fell apart easily. Even Prussian Spearmen can wreck most of their units. The only difficulty I had was with Dismounted Hallbruders, and that was because of terrain in a siege.

Having actually tested them out in debth, their stats seem to not do their actual combat prowess justice. Dismounted Ritterbrüders with full upgrades (although costing around 1400 gold) can cut down plated infantry in the 100's. Two of these units got 624 kills between them in my previous open field battle against plate and chainmail infantry. In the end they were taken down by cav.

The teutonic army roster is strong as hell but pricey as Most units seem to be worth it though.
