Icon8 Trouble running on Steam - please help

Greetings, I downloaded and installed this mod. I selected the "\bi" folder to install - I hope this is correct, no instructions to say otherwise.

But when I go to run it through Steam, all it does is go to a credits.text file - not start the executable.

    I went into my steam account and setup the command line as follows;

    TARGET: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\bi\hcs\data\credits.txt" "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm

START IN: Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\"

But it will only send me to the above mentioned credits txt file.

Please show me the error of my ways

    Thank you

Looking at the above path (first time I could see it in its entirety) it looks wrong.
    So I changed it to this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -n

    but still no luck

Ok, so after looking at paths, I changed as follows:
    Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -n
Start In: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\"

Steam now shows the Icon for RomeBI, and does not show the credits.txt file... but still won't start - there must be something wrong in the path?

    Hello, this should work :

    Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm
Start In: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold"

hmm none of this worked for me, but after much trial and error I succeeded

    1) Install Hegemonia to the bi folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\bi
    2) Right click rome total war in steam.
    3) Go to properties and then set launch options
    4) Leaving a space, type, -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm
    5) Launch barbarian invasion

All you have to do is a shortcut of barbarian invasion and add -mod:bi/hcs -show_err -nm

Yeah, there's another step. descr_strategy_lighting.txt cannot be read.

Clearly it's a missing file or just as likely is a bad reference and the game is unable to match it up.

EDIT: Yeah, I copied it over from another mod and I still couldn't get this to work. I think the file on moddb is broken.
