Hello guys.

I'm looking for a good sub mod to use for a manually resolved hotseat. This sub mod would ideally have

- Decent selection of cavalry for ALL factions (except perhaps dwarves that is too much to ask)
- No limit on number of agents
- Artillery
- Not too many factions, or at least the ability to player with 15 players max with others being AI and nobody having a MASSIVE advantage.

So if you guys have any experince playing certain submods please could you suggest one that fits the above criteria, I'm not asking for all factions to be balnced but in the vanilla game the access to cav for everyone except Rohan/Rhun/Harad makes them quite OP and the harsh limit on spies (one per brothel) hurts the game play.
