whats the biggest battle youve ever had on mtw2

hi all

just done a custom battle to see how many soldiers i could get on mtw2
i had 10000 plus with everything on lowest or none pixel version 1 and the 1024x748 resolution

laggy as hell got between 3 and 14 fps when every soldier was on view
screenie attached for the proof of how many soldiers werew on screen

whats the max you lot can have on screen?

p.s couldnt attach a screenie cause the site wouldnt allow jpeg format etc...~?
which format and size is allowed to upload images to the site plz?

go check mine out in the AAR section. Biggest game I've had ever except for a few old NTW2 games.

You can zip your jpg or tga and ad this.
I think only txt and zip files can you use as attachments

with Enterprise's computer, he would do the battle himself and died therefore he wouldn't post here

seriously I'm sure that was a BS since the game engine can't even handle more than approx 24-30 K men.

its was something like 10,000 Aztecs vs 3000 of my spanish units :hmmm:

Upload your image (jpeg) to a host such as Imageshack, then copy and paste the link they give you into a post here. The ideal size is 640x480, or you can use the thumbnail link.

Ive had 5,000 + soldiers but got little laggy without lowering the settings!

Engine can manage a touch under 40k. Which is a slideshow on a beast of a pc. I've only had 1 battle ~10k and that was very laggy but definately playable.

Most battles are ~5k (I only play campaign and never play long enough for multiple stack battles) and are no problem at all (highest settings, 1600x1200, no shadows).

Edit, actually I had a maxed out custom battle to see how it would run. Laggy as hell, maybe 3-4 fps. Maybe 25k guys? I had it running on pretty high settings though (fully maxed, no shadows).
