    Possible fixes/suggestions/questions:

Are Skirtai Swordsmen or Peltasts supposed to be available to Athens in Athens? I do not control any of the Peloponnese. Shouldn’t these be Spartan auxiliaries or AOR troops near there?

I can recruit troops that are listed as Corinthian. There is a Thureos Spear unit that has 200 men instead of 300 but cost the same with less morale also. They are listed as “Corinthian Thureos Spears.” There is also the “Local Greek Levies” that say “Corinthian Levy Hoplites” in the description.

“Picked Hoplites” that are available as a General Unit for Athens. It has less men but near double the Melee Attack. It seems I can only raise one but it also gets the lowest kills of my infantry (Non-elites and levies) in just about every battle. Are they supposed to have this “Special” unit? I’m not sure it is supposed to be there because of its inflated stats and lack of effectiveness.

Historical note: “Picked Hoplites” were a group of Citizen Militia Hoplites for Athens and many individual city-states. They would choose the best of the levy and they would train more often and be called up much more often than the national levy hoplites. They should be a semi-professional unit that should be cheaper than the Hoplites but better than Militia Hoplites. They were quite skilled and valuable in quick emergencies where they didn’t need large numbers. I would think they need a good cap since “the best” of the national levy would probably be about 10% or so of a city-states manpower. The references I have seen about these picked hoplites of different city-states are in numbers of 300 men (quite a few times) and 400. Athens seems to have had 800-1000 Picked Hoplites in this time frame (350 BC – 278 BC)

Thanks for all that you do. Some of these are probably easily explained and some “may” be discrepancies. I will keep testing the Macedonian Wars. Great Campaign!

One last question: The Spartan Admiral units that you added in this fix pack, are they actually Pure Spartans or perioikoi?

You're using the English unit names submod, aren't you? That submod changes some unit names to be different from the ones we have in the description texts.

Man, I fought we got rid of that Picked Hoplites unit already. Since Athens aren't playable per default in that campaign so I guess submod is for the blame.

Always check if any of the submods you are currently using is the culprit.

    Yes I am. Thanks.

What about the discrepancy with the units?

Same unit with different men totals. Same price.

Those are AOR units, aren't they? One unit should have a little flag on its unit card that indicates it's an AOR unit. Those units are not as good as your regular troops, but can be used when you can't recruit your core unit. Maybe their unit size should be bigger though, to match the non-AOR version.

Yes they are. I like the AOR troops. Its a great mechanic.

The same exact price thing just stuck out to me with 33% fewer men. Not a big problem just reporting things that may or may not be bugs.

How about the first question: Are Skirtai Swordsmen or Peltasts supposed to be available to Athens in Athens? I do not control any of the Peloponnese. Shouldn’t these be Spartan auxiliaries or AOR troops near there?

I'm guessing the AOR for them is very large, since you can recruit them in Athens.

    Thanks guys.

Another thing I noticed as play testing Rhodes...The native Rhodian slingers (land unit) have two ships when attacking by sea. And in at least my experience so far, the second ship never lands. Therefore the unit is immobile. It can't attack or be attacked.
