Horse Breeder's Guild
Does anyone know what this thing does? In the description it says +1 cavalry experience for the first level, +1 global for the second, +2 global for the third.
In my French Campaign I was never offered this, and I finally got one in Bern in my HRE campaign. I only got the first level and I got it something like in turn 20. I've never received an option to ugprade it (Bern is now a Huge city), so its stuck at level 1. I send a cavalry unit there, but I don't get the option to retrain it. I also think that using that guild's particular benefit unlocks the higher ones (i.e. consistently training assassins will produce a higher level guild) but since I can't put out any cavalry units from a city without a merchant's guild, how am I supposed to upgrade it? To that effect, how is the first level that has +1 to recruited cavalry work when you can't recruit cavalry out of a city anyhow?

Re: Horse Breeder's Guild
Haha, Horse Breeder's Guild is good only in a city. Like you said, it gives experience to cavalry, and since cities can't build cavalry, it kinda sucks that you got it in there, sorry

Well you can't get it in a castle so I was hoping for the level 2/3 ones where it gives a global effect. That would be sweet as you'd get knights comming out with 6 experience (and the templar versions getting 8 experience!)

Re: Horse Breeder's Guild
Applies to all your settlements. EX: If you get a level 2 swordsmith's guild all knights in all your settlements will get that +1 bonus.
