Win 7 uninstalled then tried to reinstall won't run

I'm new here so hello and I hope someone can help. I have win 7 I uninstalled then tried to reinstall and when I insert the disc it doesn't auto run. Sega is still on the start menu but it just keeps trying to run then shuts down. Any help would be great.

Might need to use a registry cleaner in case - it might be detecting some references to M2TW in the registry but not enough to run.

Thank you. What is a register cleaner & where do I find it ?? Sega has been no help what so ever and it's getting frustrating getting any assistance from them for their game they put out.

By the standard of the industry this version of the game is ancient, there are 7 more versions available.

As to registry cleaner - I use Wise Registry Cleaner, it's simple and safe (unless you decide to ignore warnings by the application).
