Parthian Shot

Will this mod give all factions' horse archer units the ability to shoot backwards or into another direction while moving (aka Parthian shot)? I think only certain factions with horse archery traditions should get the Parthian shot ability.

For example (from playable factions):
- Mongols
- Cumans
- Volga Bulgars
- Seljuks/Zengids
- Khwarazmians
- Ayyubids (their horse archers were mostly comprised of Turks)
- Crusaders: Turcopoles
- Eastern Romans/Nicea: Turkoman horse archers
- Bulgaria
- Hungary

The Bulgarian house archers too.They represent the Cummans in the Bulgarian army

And the hungarian HAs will get that too, the székely horse archers. Faction with horse archery traditions should and will have it. Though of course there is a huge difference between a horse archer and a mounted foot archer, who can shoot a bow from a horse as well, but it does not make him a horse archer.

How about Georgian and Armenian ones? Are they horse archers or just mounted/mobile foot archers?

I think it's better to give it to all HA and javelin-cavalry too because how clumsy such units without that skill

Exactly. Though I would draw a line at light horse archers. So all lightly armored horse archers should have it. Why lightly armored? Because honestly a heavy set of lamellar armor, possibly coupled by a mail shirt would probably hinder you in turning around so easily, even if good maille should not hinder you all that much.
So senior ghulams for example will not have that option. Even if we disregard the issue with the armor I mentioned, for gameplay purposes I think it is best to give only the light missile units this option.
