How difficult would it be to add in some Egyptian elements to the Ptolemaic generals? It shows up nicely in the troops (the occasional soldier wearing kohl or having darker skin), but the generals seem pretty generic.

Well, because they were Macedonians and they dressed in Hellenic way. Plus some of them already have kohl makeup anyway.

I don't see any with kohl. There's evidence in art and artifacts that by Ptolemy II's reign, the Greeks had begun to assimilate into Egyptian culture. Also, the entire aristocracy wasn't Macedonian. It would just make the faction more interesting to see some diversity in the generals.
