    Croatia is going to be on the map, but it probably won't be playable - at least not in the initial release.

    Seeing as Croatia fell under a Personal Union with Hungary in 1100's, I doubt they'd be a viable playable nation.

    Hungary on the other hand...

    Yeah, I thought so as well...
    It so sad that the period from 900. to 1100. is literally the only period not covered in any game about medieval or pre-medieval Europe...

    If you want a fun Croatian grand strategy experience, I'd recommend Crusader Kings 2 by paradox. Croatia is represented in every bookmark of the game, and even after falling to personal union, the Croatian Magnates are still playable and can resurrect the Kingdom from within.

    Ah yes, I did play that game a few years back when it came out, and forgot all about it. Maybe I'll play it again.
    It kinda seems more like some kind of family manager though, completely different feeling than Total War. Good game nevertheless.
