Great cards, but I think the light grey background sticks out a bit too much (looks a bit sterile). Something like marble could perhaps work?

Marble would have it favouring pretty much the Roman faction only. Unfortunately since the background has to represent all factions afaik, i chose something more neutral (or sterile as you put it)

Fair enough. It might be a good idea to have backgrounds for each culture as a submod though, I might give it a shot.

Previews for 1.2 seem to work fine. Try an alternate browser might work for you (opera,firefox etc).

tried the sub mods, i am just seeing a few units when i select arche bosporus in custom battle. all the other faction unit cards seem to be the standard DEI

If standard cards are still showing it is because they are still not finished. 1.2 will have many more new cards when it is ready. In total i have made over 1,000 new cards & that is close to just over the halfway mark. It is a massive job but will be worth it when finished.

These (links in 1st post) are separate from 1.2 correct? I should download them and use them in addition to DEI 1.2? Just double checking. Thanks and awesome looking cards!
