I managed to farm something like 75 manual battle victories on my White Hun campaign so far, playing on normal and just blazing through the battles on 3x speed . Attila better win this thing after all that effort!

I started and completed a Vandals GC campaign on Hard. Played some multiplayer. Played TLR as Separatists. I've been up for 48 hours playing. Once I committed so many battles and hours, I figured we'd better win. 814 hours played total, I've literally been playing for over a day straight.

Is it number of battles? The details on this seem to be vague. I went to the Total War main page. They have a entry on this, and it explains next to nothing about how this works. Do the battles have to be manually played? I'm picking up on this in this thread, but not from the TW page. It just says "the more you play, the more you win".

Total War: Attila: Only player resolved battles in campaign mode will register a victory
(ie. no auto-resolve victories will be recorded as a Battle Completed).

I wonder why in the hell this isn't stated on the Total War main page? They actually don't want to give away a free-l-c?

Coming from someone who plays the grand campaign and auto resolves nearly every battle, I could play all weekend thinking I'm helping and actually not be. Would be kind of cool if CA could make their main page announcement... actually include some more useful information. I never would have even dreamed of checking Sega's page about this. Publishers are just a necessary evil, and I don't typically visit their websites... ever.
