btw does anyone able to listen to the .dat music file? in RTW I could, but in this game it just doesn't work, is there any music extractor?

For the music, it should just work if you open it with mediaplayer or similar applications. As for the generals, i have to say im not sure.

the blacksmith is needed to upgrade the arms and armor
as for the number of units, you do not need to retrain them, generals units self heal to full strength
Your money is pretty much only good for toilet paper
