Loving the mod!
I just downloaded this mod the other day (wow am I ever late) and I'm loving it! As an avid player of the DW and, especially, DW: Empires series I've always wanted something a little more than Empires to play. Kinda like the old ROTK games. This mod is the perfect solution. ROTK and this time period are always very interesting to learn about and wow this mod goes pretty in-depth.
Unfortunately that brings the issue of taking forever to pick my faction, though I ended on Gongsun Zan because I rather like him and he starts with Zhao Yun (RiP Liu Bei). Would be cool if the Liu family relocation missions brought Zhao Yun to his side as well (especially with this set after their first meeting).
Anyway the mod's great and I haven't encountered any issues so far, only the odd typo here and there. Might do some kinda AAR type story on one of my playthroughs.

I got Zhou Yun second turn in? he appeared close to the settlement just south of your starting location as Liu.

Yeah I started a campaign as Liu Bei and realized you acquire his officers during his missions, which is cool.

Have you had any issues with recruiting Liu's unique units? such as the Unstoppables and the Shock Brigade? After 100 turns and having multiple settlements at their highest level with the highest level military buildings I still cant find them anywhere, kinda hacking me off!

Not yet, though I'm not yet at a level where I can make a huge barracks.
Though the AI seems to have no issue creating tons and tons of troops from nothing, making the Liu Clan missions very difficult. I captured central Jing, leaving Jingnan with 2 cities and yet they managed to produce 3 full stacks in Jiangxia, making it almost impossible to take since they have a full stack west of Xiang Yang and Nanyang is constantly on my ass. Have you had similar issue at all?

Re: Loving the mod!
Not really no, I allied with the Cao clan to get to Xin Ye easily and then allied with the Sun to keep my eastern borders safe when I attacked Jingnan, never had any problems with them recruiting too many units as there are so many bottlenecks I could just funnel them and take them out with my main stack including about 10-15 generals, that way my main army never lost too many men that it could not re-recruit, its when you have to face Cao Cao that it gets truly ridiculous, the modders said that no faction can recruit more than about 10 stacks worth, but Cao seemed to created 15-20, and my northern front with them got so clogged I got bored of fighting the same battles over and over again.

regarding Nanyang/Wodoumi, you have a few bridges and bottlenecks that you can block with armies and forts, aslong as you have some decent crossbows (Zhuge bows work best) they just run over the bridges and get nailed by your bows whilst a few spear units hold them off, General infantry Buqu's work well here too.
