Eliminate agents or possibly just ninja from the game?

right now they are unbearble,i started war with every faction,was looking forward for some epic fight,but in one turn two of my general gets assassined,and one of my elite army gets bribed and destroyed,this is so lame.

it seems no one is updating these mods anymore, I remember being able to mod some things on my own but perhaps there was a patch or the new tool is made to work with the last patch or the newest R2TW engine... I can't seem to mod anything anymore and that AI agent spawning is killing me, I remember being able to update the max agents to 15 and to update the buildings cfg to give me 2 agents per level of buildings made but now nothing, doesn't work anymore
