Will there be the eternal winter like GOT or have you found a solution to get rid of this splendid feature designed by CA's finest?
We won't let the climate change be that apocaliptic as Attila's. There was a cold period in the later parts of the Medieval era, but we won't make them cause eternal winter and permanent loss of fertility. The events are scripts, and those can be edited.

    Wow!

Which will probably be something like Medieval 3 Total War.
    Incredible!
Dr. Cerić: Mi nikada nećemo biti prihvaćeni ni kod zapada ni kod istoka, zato što je Bosna zemlja heretika i sto su Bošnjaci potomci Ilira. Živimo pod pritiskom susjeda i Taoci smo njihovih laži.

(Dr. Ceric: We will never be accepted either in the west or on the east, because Bosnia is a land of heretics and that the Bosniaks are the descendants of the Illyians. We live under pressure

I can't speak for those team members working directly on the campaign, but I think introducing unique offices for each country is simply too much work if not impossible. It's more plausible to go about doing that based on culture groups.

Moldavia as an emergent faction should appear in Suceava and Bilgorod.

Could someone please tell if the team will be doing something about the sound or speech files to make the mod more realistic rather than what was done AOC.

Just coming back to the Total War Genre. Purchased MTW2 but can't bear the toy like graphics. Attila looks great and I have hesitated buying it because I was looking for something in the Medieval era but with this (Campaign)Mod coming out I am definitely going to purchase it. When it's released I will pull the trigger on the Attila purchase. I think the Mod team here is doing a great job with this game. I just wish CA would kick back a little something to you guys for driving business to them.

You can't edit the sound or speech files in Attila. They could do a workaround with an external soundboard of some sort, but it would be nowhere near perfect, and only really suitable for very specific instances such as historical battle speeches.

I wonder what the historical source for the icon of Ottomans is, because it is sometimes used as the symbol of Tengriism and I do not also know any historical relationships between this symbol and Tengriism.

Thank you for reply so is there a way you could turn off the speech.

how do you plan to represent the holy roman emperor? just the FL of the HRE faction for now, or will there be a system that allows other FLs to become emperor? i magine thats difficult with a faction called HRE, will the HRE be gone once the faction dies?

I would probably prefer the HRE faction renamed to something more region specific, but I guess the idea is that if somebody can take out the HRE faction in the campaign, They would have already conquered through some other HRE factions. The idea to have a politically representative version of the HRE is going to need some custom scripting to pull that off similar to electing a pope.

Will it be possible to capture enemy generals, and bring back the prison, execution, hostage system like in Medieval 1 ?

I don't know how far you are with the campaign. But I was thinking, since the provinces are too big, you could abstract building options as much as possible. Making it more like an "infrastructure" rather than specific buildings that represents the developments in the whole area.
"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

Please guys be patients, the devs are clearly doing a job even greater than CA seem to be doing considering the fact that they are doing it out of passion.
