I think it would be better if there is a little Tengriism in Urgench, Gergan, Nishabur and the middles of Iran. Khwarazmians and Great Seljuks before them were Sunni Muslim but there were many nomadic Oghuz tribes who still had their own religion. So, there must be transition regions in Iran between Sunni Islam and Tengriism in my opinion.

    I enjoyed this article:

    https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum...an-aar.358610/

So if the Tatar Horde will become the Blue and White Horde and eventually the Golden Horde, The Cuman-Kypchak Khanate will evolve into the Crimean Khanate with their Nogai (Kypchaks, Kimeks, Khanty-Mansy, Manghits, Volga Tatars) vassals that acted as steppe raiders, raiding Kiev and subjugating other Turks and probably the Urums or Greeks, Goths, Georgians, Armenians and Jews, Volga Bulgars will evolve into Kazan than better have Astrakhan Khanate emergent than Nogai Horde and Instead of Kypchaks the Sibirs and Kalmyks. Or let's say because Nogais fought Tamerlane, Astrakhan instead of Kypchaks.

Has the team figured out how to make custom buildings able to be garrisoned? If not, that would be a good topic for us to research. I would like to suggest that those aforementioned garrisons also be much larger than those of attila's and almost make them a full stack. (not sure how reasonable or historically accurate it would be)

    Hungary is made very unrealistic.

If you are referring only to the campaign side of things, it is not "made" unrealistic. Instead , we have to use the tools we have available as editing the campaign map to redraw the borders is not possible !

finix: not only Hungary, for example Vienna is situated bad, also Esztergom is situated bad, Paris also etc, and magyar rebels were not in Esztergom region, correctly were west slavic rebels, magyars were in Pecs and Veszprem.

Like I said, we cannot edit the campaign map so naturally settlements will not be situated entirely accurately.

Ltd.: change rebels to west slavic in Esztergom region, because then I dont understand, everywhere are magyars, but nobody in hungarian army look as magyar, everyone are looking as slavs, so this contradiction from your own side.

By 1212 the hungarian army was more or less looking like the german or other western european army. They had more than 300 years to become "westernized".
The broadly used term "slavs" is really generic and what's more I am not sure what exactly makes the hungarian army look like slavs. Serbs and bulgarians look nothing like the hungarian army which in turn was inspired by the germans.
Add some facts if you are trying to criticize something

Ltd: West Slavs = Poles, Slovaks, Czechs = same looking and same language group.
Khanty, Magyars, Mansi = same looking and same language group.
All hungarian army in this mod = looking as West Slavs.
West Slavs = heavy cav, heavy inf
Magyars = skilled archers and foot archers, I dont see nobody who are horse archers or foot archers in this hungarian army.

Well west slavs and the hungarians both were inspired by germans (and to some extent vice versa ) so yes hungarians have similar armour to rhe germans.
Our mod is in 1212 not in the 9th century. Hungary did have HAs but it did not rely mainly on them but heavy cavalry.
Btw no "nomadic" army had only mounted and foot archers either. Heavy / armored cavalry was present in most armies and nations

check faces how Khanty and Mansi people are looking in google, Magyars are in same uralic ugric language group with them, so faces in hungarian army are completely west slavic.

also army in teritory of present-day hungary was mainly as bulgarian army with speed and run as light cav, skilled horse archers etc, heavy cav and heavy inf were mainly in teritory of present-day slovakia and romania.

@silv600 We understood your point of view, we find it at this stage unimportant. Thank you for your feedback
