    Default Quietness

In my campaign, things are very quiet. AI expands only to rebel settlements. The only faction that actually expands is mine. That's annoying. Is it going to be fixed with the patch?

Just wait I would say. I had some of those 'quiet' campaigns. I was playing as Spain, kept expanding really quickly and took the iberian peninsuela within 20 turns or so while the AI factions hardly did anything.

Thought it would be a boring game, but in the end it seemed like they were cuatious for once lol. Instead of just blindly rushing to grab some rebel settlement and overstrecthing themselves, they actually build up there economy first. Later, most of these factions started to war, Milan being aggresive as usual started the whole turmoil. After their initial hit on France, everyone started warring eachother seeing that there was a division of power during the little CF. Now it had became Me(Spain), England, Milan, Poland vs Denmark, France, HREand Scotland.

By far the best campaign thus far for me and it started out boring as hell, can you believe that

Btw, I play 1 turn = one year. Allows me to take my time and let the enemy grow.

Venice just snatched one of my settlements from me. And someone knocked out Sicily. Doesn't seem quiet to me.

With the Vh/Vh seting the AI could just relize that the time is not right for it to go to war with any one yet. Give them some time, or diplomacy them into it some how. I have been worming up on medimum for a little bit now and I see wars spark up bitween me, bein the HRE, and every Italian state save the Pope. I did not have to do any thing to them eather, I was just there and one after another they steped up test their strength aginast my German will, it did not go well for them by the way.

My Byzantines campaign also started out quietly. I allied myself with the Turks and I haven't seen one single turkish army close to my borders for ages. I think they are busy with all the rebel provinces. I should add that I have placed forts in every mountain pass and bridge blocking out the turks.

In the west I am was allied with Hungary for a long long time, then they suddenly blockaded one of my ports, the didn't invade though. After Hungary attacked Venice followed suit. So now I have taken Sofia, Bukarest, Ragusa, Rhodos and Crete, nice Oh, and that city north of the Black Sea ... Caffa (sp?)

Still no sign of the Turks.

I am playing the Deus Vult Mod 1.3
