    Default Rebel generals

Ok so im 38 turns into a HRE campaign on stainless steel 6.2 and my generals in Salzburg and Innsbruck have both decided im "not their king" now both cities are rioting and The generals max move range is the minimum move distance. id be fine with a rebelion id actually enjoy the change of pace but this where i cant kill those traitrous bastards is pissing me off, especially considering Salzburg is my only fortress right now so I am wondering if this has ever happen to anyone else if so what do i do.

Which generals aren't able to move much? Your's, or the rebels'?

They are my general's that's why i cant kill them, id be fine with a insurrection that i could go put down or atleast assassinate them but they still count as my generals

they both have 2 traits I've linked to this,

the first is "You're NOT my king!" which says "I have locked my gates firmly and will not come out. No matter what you may do to me. Only a FOOL would board one of your death ships my "lord" Ha Ha. now go away, leave me be!"

and the second is "Rebel!" "this man has openly declared himself an enemy of his sovereign, trust him not."

and whats really weird is I've played many campaigns on the exact same game version, i ive done 2 other HRE campaigns and both of the Generals (who are starting generals) didn't do anything like this either one of the other times.

I cant they are still "my" generals they just wont move. One is in salzburg and the other Innsbruck which normally is a 1 turn trip but for now they are moving 1 block at a time. the trail is even cream like its going to take 10+ turns

Sounds like a bit of a bug to me. The Stainless Steel team might have more answers for you. I'll ask mods to move this to that forum.

D you want some units back in MOS 1.7? Install this mod http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...n-1-1-RELEASED
It adds back units who were deleted from the campaign in MOS 1.7, namely the Winged Swordsmen, the Citadel Guard Archers and the Gondor Dismounted Bodyguard.

It's not a bug, well the bug, if any, is that they can move at all.

Just move them out of the castle, and let them "rebel" all on their own under some shade tree. Keep an eye on them as they will eventually give it up, become killable rebels, or die. Just replace them with a new Character in the city as they sit outside it's walls (thus removing the revolt risk of the settlement).
