Aintab to Ravendel

[Mors Vigilia]

Preparations had been made, and the garrison of Aintab was ready to march on Ravendel.

Captain Andrea Guida had just recently donned his armour, and trailed by the few of his men that had accompanied him to the Holy Lands he sought out Alessandro Della Torre. There was one thing that needed sorting before the army marched.

The young general was found next to his tent practicing his sword skills with some friends. Alessandro addressed Andrea when he achieved victory over his opponent.

Captain Andrea, do you wish to speak me?

Andrea gave a curt nod.

"We march now."

With a gesture towards the men flanking him, he continued.

"My men will lead the mounted division, you and I are to ride with the infantry. We will besiege the town and demand their surrender."

The captain couldn't risk having the knights led by an unknown. Should the main force come under attack then those men could be the only thing to assure victory.
