Formation lock? kind of sometimes
Why is that sometimes when you use formation lock your whole formation will move at the same speed but occasional the cavalry in the formation will move faster than everyone else. Its kind of annoying as it is usually my General and he marches to the front and exposes himself , if it is that i am not paying attention

Don't double click. Single click and press "r" if you are in a hurry. Or, better, just use the arrows.
Btw, DEI has nothing to do with this. It was the same in vanilla (and mtw2 IIRC)

I know its not DEI who has anything to do with this, its just i only play the game with there mod so i just happened to post it here. thanks for the tips though and Flashheart your just cruel

Even at walk speed the cavalry will slowly overtake the infantry and reach the destination more quickly.

Why lock your cav in the infantry formation in the first place? I did that some time ago until I realised that I always end up unlocking them so I can flank, react to manouvers etc.
