    Default House of Cornelia - Disdain for plebs

    House of Cornelia is supposed to have a minimum of -4 PO due to presence of Latin culture but I can't see it in PO details thing. Was it removed or something?

    It's there. Just compare starting public order in brundism between the three roman houses.
