About unit turn recruitment

Hello all, sorry but i searched everywhere and i can't find it.

So, i know it is possible because i already made it but i forgot what i have to change so i explain,

I am talking about the one turn recruitment and not the one turn construction this, is an easy part.

I forgot where is the value to change for recruiting 20units in one turn in the same province if someone can tell me where is it i will be so happy

Sorry i finally remember it ! the topic can be closed. For thoses who want to know how to do it :

you have to go in the DB and search for campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects then search for the recruitment in effect key value by default is 3 if you change it to 10 by example you can recruit 10 units in one turn in the same province i hope that's will help somes person.
