March south to Horn Hill, but do not approach it for siege. Approach the Tarly's with a diplomatic stance. Coerce them to swear allegiance to the new king. Take a hostage to ensure they do not aid House Peake, if you can. Avoid causing them to react hostily. We do not have the true strength to face them if they were to hold out in a siege and send word to Peake, and we cannot afford to back off of Horn Hill if they become hostile as their position in the Reach is of great strategic importance.
