JWANTS BALANCE PATCH 0.21 VET HOTSEAT 1

I included Egyptian by accident - the replacement will be KingofPoland. I don't have another vet to plug in here.

I still think the teams are well balanced - I'm not looking for tournament level balance here. Kingof Poland has gained some good hotseat experience by jumping into hotseats as struggling factions.

I haven't been able to start this because I am not able to mod the turn order. I may need some help. I have this modded order:

Can anyone with experience modding the turn order figure out why this won't work? I still get the default turn order. I have modded this before but it was much simpler than the struggle I face now.

Down below where the full faction descriptions are...you have to shuffle the order of those. In other words, cut and paste them into the turn order that you want. I haven't done it in a while, but I think that's how it's done.

Yeah, I did it once too. You need to copy all the faction sections into the correct order. I found the solution here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...f-Guide-Admins

It seems that Rhun doesn't have the highest quality infantry, you know, the one with golden armor. But overall, this should be interesting. Trolls, strong cav and archers. I presume the Elven factions have all their barracks already built to give them a stronger presence in the game and due to their slow recruiting capabilities, which is also good.

Gondor and Eriador will be played shortly.

The Rhun elite infantry have an AP attack but other than that the Rhun player may need to rely on numbers more than other players. The good news for them is that the units are cheaper relative to other faction's top tier infantry and Rhun's economic power will help.

Trolls are very powerful against weak infantry but quality cavalry can help counter that. Elves start with upgraded barracks' to help them recruit early as do a few other factions.

Last I checked before the reset, OotMM and OoG were up but we were waiting for Chieftain to sub or I was planning on asking KingofPoland to sub and play his turn after.

If someone wants to sub me they may, as I am having problems with the patch and will need to reinstall it, but I don't have time to do it now.

JWANT informed me I may need to sub Rhun/Harad. I could do that, but I would give Adanedhel first choice to sub, in case he would like to coordinate movements with his faction.

I'll play this within about 24 hours.

Played and sent clear save to Arrow - he expressed interest in playing Rohan and Dale in posts lost in the forum reset.

If he declines or I don't hear in 48 hours i will sub.

It doesn't come as a surprise that Arrow didn't respond to this. He hasn't got the best track record when it comes to, well, just being around.
