    Unfortunately this is not possible atm. We tried it in earlier versions but the way politics is done by CA leaves little room for change with modding. It caused more issues than leaving it as it is right now.

    I'd like a civil war to actually happen. Admittedly, I've got only about 220 hours under my belt, and it's not exactly as though it was a much touted feature of the game, was it? XD
