Default Playing on Laptop Through Tv

Hey, so I moved into a super tiny apartment and to save space on having a desk in the place, I figured I would play on my laptop through hdmi on my TV and just sit on my couch.

My battles crash as soon as anything gets remotely intensive, I am not too technically inclined and combining the TV with the computer is out of my league. My graphics are set to the lowest (lowest possible while having my tv connected) is there anything else that can cause the issue??

The issue likely has nothing to do with your TV or HDMI connection, but rather the laptop you're running on. Are you playing on smallest unit sizes? It sounds like your laptop is overheating.

Check out the PC Optimisation Guide for TATW (step Large Address Aware).. probably the game will run out of memory and crashes.

what does the log say? with trace on?

Also, what are the labtop specs if its remotely modern it shouldn't have that bad an issue. Do the crashes happen when your just using labtop screen? If not gotta be heat like they said or a wiring issue with motherboard.
