    Default Admiral Traits

Since iv been playing around with navies a lot more recently, I wanted to see what skill trees people develop for their admirals? The skill tree itself does seem to be focused more for generals and governors, and the only skill i seem to have found that is useful is Ferocious Warrior which unlocks Veteran Marine. Am I missing some or do admirals just need some more traits?

Yeah, that's the only skill I think that explicitly helps admirals. But you might consider taking some other skills, like the ones that reduce upkeep and recruitment costs, or the ones that increase ranged unit ammunition, or replenishment rate. Those are all useful for navies too.

What do you think for the following development of admirals?

    - Ferocious Warrior > Veteran Marine I > Veteran Marine II > Veteran Marine III
    - Ferocious Warrior > Trained Swordsman I > Trained Swordsman II > Trained Swordsman III
    - Ferocious Warrior > Experienced Archer I > Experienced Archer II > Experienced Archer III
    - Commander of Men > Dread Commander I > Dread Commander II > Dread Commander III
    - Commander of Men > Booming Voice I > Booming Voice II > Booming Voice III
    - Commander of Men > Proven Leader I

To develop the Traditions I mostly go for:
    - Formidable Marines
    - Ship Defenders
    - Able Seamen

    for skills I always go

-camp administrator > Patron I > Patron II > patron III
-Ferocious Warrior > veteran marine I > Veteran marine 2 > veteran marine III

I always have at least 1 siege fleet, 1 purely naval fleet, and one support fleet

For the siege fleet I do
-Commander of men > dread commander I > Dread commander II > Dread commander III
-Ferocious Warrior > archer I > archer II > archer III
-Ferocious Warrior > swordsman I > swordsman II > swordsman III

    Naval i do
-Ferocious Warrior > archer I > archer II > archer III
-Commander of men > voice I > voice II > voice III
-Commander of men > leader I > leader II > leader III

    Support will be
-Commander of men > dread commander I > Dread commander II > Dread commander III
-camp administrator > drill I > drive II > drill III
-commander of men > voice I > voice II > voice III

    As needed would include

rightful sovereign> political animal I > political animal II > political animal III
rightful sovereign> patriot I > patriot II > patriot III
-bureaucrat > reformer I > reformer II > reformer III

Replenishment skills are a must for navy in my case.

I always grab the basic 5% replenishment trait, then max veteran marine and the ranged unit ammunition buff with armor increase. Really helps out when landing naval forces that include mercenary ranged troop ships.
