    Default Bastion artillery

    Tier 3 province capital, it says that have 2 bastion balistas and 2 scorpions, but on battlemap there are no any. Is that a bug?

    It's stupid i know but the bastion engines show themself only if enemy has the siege engines....
    All Orks is equal, but some Orks are more equal dan uvvas.

    Thats not how it works.

    The walls need to be level 3. It requires the city to be expanded a certain number of times.
    You can have a level 3 city center without having a level 3 city.

    Iirc you need a level 3 main city plus either 3 level 3 buildings or 2 level 3 buildings and 2 level 2 buildings.

    Its pretty stupid of a system, but thats how it works.

    Stupid was the wrong word, obtuse fits nicely. CA did a terrible job explaining the city mechanics, and some of the finer points lije this are not intuative at all.
