No Script Options?

Okay so Ive gotten a new computer and installed all mods I enjoyed. Only on my other computer I wasnt able to play alot of it due to old outdated system parts. I now have all of them running great except one small thing on MOS, I remember playing mos on my old computer and rite away after startning a new faction u get options for scripts.. only on my new computer I don't get the scripts.. The corsair invasions, Immortal Heros/Nazgul, etc.. someone please help?
