I hope it does not affect the overpowered naval AR.

Oh, and I just saw the message. I thought Para was refering to the situation he was in in NBIII, where they cheated and teamed up on him. So Ser Elmond, NO DIPLOMACY, none at all.

Regarding diplomacy, I was affected by it by another player in Newbloods V, so I thought it was allowed. The rules say: NO ALLIANCES/NO BENDING. That doesn't really include "diplomacy". But if you say so then I apologize.

Sorry for yesterday I had some bad issues with this game, wasn't working for me properly and I wasn't sure if I will be able to play at all. Now I am back in game.

Idk if I should post this now, considering Stark's rule break, but whatever.

No need to apologise. Everyone can misinterpretate the rules, just clearing it up so no more fallouts happen in the future (though there probably will be a fallout 5... 6... 7... and so on )

The turn can precede, I will upload a new save shortly. Stark will be fined as will anyone else who breaks the rules.

    Save has been sent**

Lanny laying siege to two forts with 1 unit each, my forces outnumber them completely but due to mp's lost i cant just destroy them. Not seeing it in the rules but surely laying siege like this is not allowed?

I fail to see what does he gain from besieging with 1 unit? You can't move anyway, while he can't even engage without at least 2 turn wait (for siege equipment).

You can do the same thing. In rules it says if b faction defeat a faction (a comes before b) next turn a faction cant move his army.So its totally fair.
A man its because there was 4 units in the fort can move.

There is one thing he gains after successfully sieging your forts for a full turn and that is lowering its garrison a bit. Besides, ladders cost only 15 siege points, so a single (unscathed) unit should be able to build it, allowing reinforcements to take the fort next turn.

Edit: I'm not saying that this is legal or not, since it's not my place to do so. I'm just merely stating the benefits of sieging in this situation, since A Man asked.

A ladder, yes. But there are no ladders when besieging forts, right? Only battering rams.

Waiting on River, no point bringing your opinions in.
