Default Wants me to update driver, but drivers are up to date.

When I open the Total War launcher, I get a message saying "Your drivers may be out of date. Check for updates."

This has been happening since I first installed Attila, as well as for Rome 2 before it. But when I check AMD for graphics driver updates, it has always said I was up to date.

When playing the game, I have no issues. However, after playing the game for some time, it will suddenly freeze. I will be able to move the mouse and the ambient music continues for a time, but any attempt to close the game results in a full freeze. If I leave it alone, it freezes on its own after a few moments. I always thought this was a result of my computer overheating since I would always feel the computer and it would be very hot, and would not happen unless I had been playing the game for several hours. But lately it has been freezing up much more quickly, like less than an hour. And my pc feels less than lukewarm. I have just now started thinking the problems may be related.

Has anybody else encountered this problem? Or know how to fix it?

I have the same problem. I have updated all my drivers this morning (I have NVIDIA). I still get that same message. I haven't tried it with Attila, but I tried it with Rome and Shogun II. Both start up, but after playing for a short while they freezes and i get redirected to my desktop. I have been searching online, but I haven't found a solution yet.

Ok, so I'm not the only one. That's somewhat comforting, I suppose.
