    Yeah before making some changes I ve notice that spearmens was overpowered with mod so I ve deleted and changed something from my mod :s. I will check your new animations carefully tomorrow, I m still trying to find out how to increase decpitations. Before patch 17 was working great, it s not xommon now.

    Decapitations for some reason disable all other kill animatios and in best case replace most of them when enabled. So if you add decapitations you actually lower the variety of kill animations.

    Hell... never seen this, well done man!
    Besides animations (which seems to be cool, I saw a sword entering inside a knee on the video... ) it could be handy to use instead of some autoresolves, for less important battles.

    Is the decapitations issue fixed? Plus I agree that will be handy with less important battles. I hate to auto-resolve but some battles are indeed meaningless.

    Mod updated. Decapitations are not much common like before for obvious reasons unfortunately BUT you will be able to see them sometimes.
    If any of you don't like the morale changes let me know and i will upload a separate version without it as well
