Looking for mod that removes unlimited hunnic hordes

Hello Total War fans.
First time posting here. Have been a fan of the series for a while.


I've played the Attila grand campaign with 3 factions (Saxons, Geats and Sassanids) on Hard, and staved off the hunnic invasion every time.


I'd like to experience the grand campaign in a different way now. And for that I'm looking for a mod that removes the scripting of the hunnic invasion and makes Huns like any other normal faction.


I would appreciate pointing me towards such mods that have been vetted by the community.


It would be nice if such mods were compatible with Radious, but not required.

PS: also looking for mod that tones down the climate change penalty, this should refresh the empire management meta.

Thanks. I saw that mod. I wasn't sure if it still worked, considering it was created back in March. Looks like the script addressed is "start_all_hun_preservation_systems".


Am surprised there aren't a plethora of mods that deal with the Huns 'god mode', considering the huge impact on gameplay.

A couple of "weaker Huns" mods in Steam's workshop change either the faction trait only or the respawn frequency but don't remove the mechanic altogether (i.e., to have Huns as a normal faction, balanced against the other nomad factions).

because alot of people find 2 full stacks every 2 turns to be annoying. a huge wave of dozen stacks would be more intimidating. the huge wave would ensure at least a few settlements falling into hunnic hands.

I agree. That would be the ideal case. Huns get a one-time bonus of 12 doom stacks (I.e., a realms-divide event) but are otherwise playing by the same rules.
