    Default Sarmatian-Scythian Reforms?

(Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere else, I looked at all of the existing threads, hope I didn't miss something.)

Using 1.1a and the 1.1b WIP patch, I started a Scythia playthrough today, on the 2nd turn it told me about the Sarmatian-Scythian Reforms, and something to the effect of once I get closer with the Sarmatian peoples, I'll get some better units. Is there an exact requirement for these reforms written down somewhere (do they use the existing Barbarian numbers at Imperium something on turn 90?), and is this the only reform for the Scythians?

Thanks in advance, I'm f#%*ing loving your Scythian overhaul, bought the nomad DLC just for them today and my hope for antiquity-era pseudo-Huns has not been let down!

    Saka Rauka Special Reforms
    - Unlike other factions, Saka Rauka has special reform requirements.
    - Once the faction owns the regions bordering India (Transoxiana, Baktria, Arachosia and one region in Gedrosia), the reforms will trigger.
And I believe you need to hold these regions for a certain amount of turns. There might be others but Im not sure.

Wrong reforms Flash. The Saka Reform is a different thing.

Royal Scythia and the Roxolani can trigger a special reform by fighting battles against Sarmatian or Scythian factions, respectively, and by taking their territory. I'm not sure if we have the exact requirements listed anywhere.

I need to look them up in the Script files [emoji1]

Edit: either 100 turns and owning a region of either a scythian or sarmatian faction. Or 70 turns and 10 battles against sarmatian/scythian factions.

I'm not sure if those are the same reforms as the ones of the royal scythians (basilikoi skythai?).
It's a bit confusing, because of the naming. Saka in DeI are the masagetae and not the scythians from vanilla. The sarmatians should be roxolanii and budinii(?)

Is that why messages announcing the reforms pop up an a semi-regular basis?
