i'm playing a multiplayer campaign with campaign macedonian Wars in normal difficulty level.i play with the faction of rome while the another human player plays with the faction of macedonia.
in few turns of campaign, rome left in a dangerous situation after attack epirus, rome that is very decimated his army and macedonian attack with his army intact.
macedonia conquest easily the regions that rome invaded to epirus.
i think that rome needs more troops at the start of the campaign, consulting historical dates on the order of battle of rome in the beginning of this campaign,i saw that started with about 34,000 soldiers, most legionnaires framed in legions.
in the campaing only it appears a whole army and mixed with different types of units in anything not like a Roman legion Republican of that time.
i think a historical order of battle of rome In This campaign is at least two legions and an allied contingent, a total of three armies.
the organization and historical composition of these legions in my opinion this would be:
1 unit general
4 units velites
4 units hastati
4 units princeps
2 units triari
1 unit equites
the contingent allied one army a mixture of different types of units of allies of rome 10 units
three armies with a total of 42 units, being these troops a 70 percent roman and a 30 percent allied .
in my opinión,i think you should change the roman deployment at the beginning of this campaign for something like this that is more historical in some patch update.
with the current deployment of rome campaign is unplayable in multiplayer, rome defeat and the deployment is not historical.
