    Default DEI manual install

    Hail!

Congratulations to all DEI modders who spent their free time in reforging Rome II as it should have been!

Does someone knows what files the steam mod manager changes other than user.script.txt?

(As with the last patch mod mager does not work anymore I moved .pack files in data folder and edited the user.script.txt
adding the name of the files but it seemed not enough and RII freezed on start as if there was still some incompatibility.)

Maybe I should have posted this message in the workshop.

    Thank you!

Using Mac? Cause other than you are making installation way to difficult than is necessary

I'm using Windows 7. I just like to know if a manual install is still possible.

Why shouldnt it still be possible? Besids patch 17 messing up the UNofficial mod manager by Mitch nothing has changed when it comes to installing mods for Rome 2.

-Download all parts of the mod
-Place them in the Rome 2 data folder
    -Start the game
-Use the steam mod manager to tick all mods needed to load
    -Play the game

Besides having to rename mods to change the loading order nothing has changed in terms of installation

This sounds like it may be someone with an illegal version of the game, which we don't support.
