Nomads, Supply, and 1.1a
Maybe i made a bad luck choice in deciding to play the Skythians(Nomads) for 1.1 but im having a lot of irrational and illogical problems with the supply system. It seems like 1.1a introduced some fixes for nomads and supply but after playing 1.1a some i'm having a lot of supply issues despite the fact that i'm producing lots of excess food, raiding my armies in other peoples lands, and using supply/baggage trains.
If im upgraded to 1.1a and would I need to start a new campaign to see supply fixed for Nomads?

Re: Nomads, Supply, and 1.1a
If you're constantly seeing the Devastated Region message, remember that it will probably take a year or two in-game for the regions to recover, possibly more since the nomads tend to inhabit regions with poor fertility measures.

Movement is key as are baggade trains. Encampmants help to resupply owned regions faster. It is not meant to be easy with nomadic factions.

Thanks i'll try to get some encampments going. Would the supply systems fixes implemented in 1.1a require starting a new campaign to work?
