Since everyone seems to be having a massive go at KAM in just about every post lol.

KAM, thankyou for investing so much of your time for free in order to help bring us the new battle mechanics, sure some things need to be ironed out, but there is no reasons anyone needs to start saying you turned DEI into radious (which someone did say lol)

Wonderful mod. It's gonna be even more enjoyable vs a human player.

Love the new battle system KAM, one if the best battle systems I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy in a total war game!

Trully i have tried today to defend his decitions but its hard haha.
Really all the DEI team has done an amazing work but KAM over did it. I am having more fun with my battles than i ever had and they are really really hard sometimes.
I do play o VH battles which does create some whacky things but it is awesome and as ever incredibly realistic. I am even loosing battles and all are lasting between 15 to 20 min which is awesome so thanks so much KAM for all the incredible work.

Sometimes, people tend to forget that these mods their downloading were free.

And oh.. Thanks again DEI team for constructing this wonderful mod. I am one of the guys who hugely dislikes Rome 2, but you guys made it a much more different experience for me.

Everyone who disagrees about your changes and who has watched your battle preview/discussions should reconsider if there is another mod/game which fits better to their playstyle!

Therfore I have to socond the OP and say thx for your time and work!

The battles may not be perfect, but they are far above the level of 1.0. I'm already having fun trying out different unit types. And let's not forget that KAM and the other devs of this wonderful mod have devoted thousands of hours making us pleased and happy!

I haven't had time to play 1.1, but people don't realize how much time and what a pain modding battles can be. Especially in DeI with so many units involved. Certain features are just naturally bugged in the game itself. DeI's battles were a revelation to me when I first got to play them. Pleasing everyone all the time is near impossible. Pikes are the hardest thing to balance and get right no matter how much time you put into it.

What people need to understand is that with changes to the system you need to adapt to those changes, using the same old tactics and finding they no longer work does not give license to come here and complain you want it like before, that's just being lazy, put in a bit of effort and adapt, that is the true sign of a strategist.

Thanks to the whole team for all the time you have sacrificed in bringing us a great version of Rome 2, I can honestly say that the battle system is the best it has ever been, and I been playing it since Selea started, how do I know this is the best? because I have not had to mod a single part of it myself.
