Default Rome 2 Features which are not possible to be reinstated in Attila

Is there some features that are impossible to be modded in from Rome 2? Or at least hard to be practically implemented?

I think Campaign Map(which I think Attila Map is good enough), but are there anything else?

If you are asking what is hard to be implemented into Attila than, wow, pretty much everything except units. Fortunately we have some really talented people here who are good with the likes of campaign work. Impossible things, apart from the maps/ campaigns then I can't think of all that much until we explore more. I know that factions can now only have 2 inner factions instead of how it was in Rome 2. Other than that I really can't think of much that isn't in Attila that is in Rome 2 to begin with as most of Attila is just Rome 2 done better.

Things that cannot be directly ported:
-Obviously campaign map. Which also means every faction from Rome 2 can't be used in Attila's campaign as it doesn't have the right regions for it.
-Political parties as mentioned - you can only have two as opposed to unlimited per faction in Rome 2.
-Campaign character art. This is a lot more complicated in Attila and requires third party tools available in the mod tutorial forum here on TWC.
-Subcultures, religions, and CAI. These work a lot differently in Attila compared to Rome 2, and frankly I haven't figured it all out myself.
-Buildings - CA rearranged how they did these entirely with the desolation feature.

Simply put, if I had wanted to port over units and factions from Rome 2 for custom battles, it would have taken me a day or two. The campaign is far more difficult. Then there's building the campaign map itself which is a bit tougher than Rome 2.

Don't know if you guys saw but there is a guy working on a ported version of Rome 2 (Mod titled Rome 2:ported edition, don't know how to post the steam shop URL). Thought this information might be pertinent.

We saw, but we're miles ahead already, so I doubt there is much he could do to help.

I was just making sure you guys knew about it because someone was asking on the mod page "is this ancient empires"? Saw a situation before where someone took someone else's idea and posted it when a new patch came and I felt like it divided the fan base. The original author got so fed up he stopped updating his old mod. Anyways, excited for the mod and will start playing Atilla again when it comes out. Thank you for your hard work.

The port mod is nice for some people looking to play custom battles. It's completely original to the uploader so no issues there. He's converting Attila factions and even units into Rome 2 ones instead of creating new ones. So, there's not much similarity in what the two mods are doing.
