Help me with a simple (i think) mod/tweak?

Hello comrades.

I recently decided to play as Syracuse (greek) because i wanted to try out the awesome Thorax hoplites and swords.
So i quickly upgraded my Holosideros barrack to level 3 because i knew that it unlocks recruitment of thorax swords.
I was quite disappointed when i noticed thorax hoplites requires level 4 barracks and thought angrily that this makes no sense at all!...

So could some kind and intelligent person here maybe help me modify the game so that thorax hoplites are unlocked at Holosideros barrack level 3 ?
I have PFM editor, i'm guessing that could be handy for this?

Create a new mod, then in files, add a table from a pack. Go into Data_Rome2, and add 'Building_units_allowed', then click the tab over units, so that it arranges by unit name. Find your Thorax Hoplites and the respective military_main building, then delete *all* other lines, then simply change the number of the military_main to 3 instead of 4, to the left of the building should be a series of numbers, change it to something like '900001' and then change the name of the data table to something like thor_building_units_allowed or something of the sort. Save, and run.
