    Default plague! what plague?

bubonic plague killed 1 in ever 3 in Europe some say half of the population! :hmmm:
in game the bubonic plague came like 2 times in Milan for a couple of turns THAT WAS IT.
i know the CA said they made the bubonic plague weaker than it was, but this is ridiculous

I had the plauge in most of my cities for around 10-12 turns. One of the only cities not affected got it not long after it had gone in the rest.

Lost a couple of generals to boot.

What can I say, I've been playing the English and French.

(That's a joke by the way.)

Your right, I hadn't built many building with health benefits.

I lost money REAL fast with the plague in almost every city. I had to declare war and sack cities just to stay solvent.

Are you sure it's actually the plague? I've had a few small "death stalks the land" messages early in the game, way before the proper plague starts.

You get plague in your settlement from time to time. But when THE plague starts, you won't miss it. In my spanish campaign i lost atleast 13,000 civilians and thousands of soldiers each turn. And it didn't pass early either. All of europe was affected as i looked through most of the AI cities and castles as well.

It was devastating to say the least. Most of my big uber armies at the front lost around 1/4 of all men. It hurt my economy pretty bad to. Especially when it was already tight after supporting the armies.
